effects Can u do one with blood effects like on the wall and floor or something of the sort, that would be a great help.

I think it should've mentioned that Motion Blue is under the Effects tap in the menu at the top.

I've downloaded the lastest version of Paint.net and I followed your exact intrustions, but every time I try to copy and paste a image it has a huge white barrier around it.
