There's a link to get Paint.NET, download it, it's easy, it's free, it only works for Windows though. But, then you have to know... How to use it. This is what this comic is for.

This is a tutorial for drop shadows (obviously), I dunno, I hated not being able to use drop shadow (I have photoshop at school) so I figured a way how to make it a little while ago. So here it is.

Yush I Btownboi Would like to know how to make sprites transparent on backgrounds please.
Just use magic wand to select the background, then delet it, you might want to play around with the tolerance first.
All you really have to do is duplicate the layer, use "Black and white" then set the hue/light/contrast to 0. Use the "unzoom" effect next and you're done.
You can download a drop shadow pugin I did lol
